Ink Station Tattoo follows all Michigan state laws and health department regulations regarding age and consent for body piercings.
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a piercing. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment.
Minors (under 18) may only be pierced with a parent or legal guardian present. Both the minor and the parent/guardian must provide valid, matching government-issued IDs.
In cases of guardianship, legal paperwork proving guardianship must be presented.
The parent or guardian must remain in the studio for the entire appointment and must provide written consent before any piercing is performed.
Ink Station Tattoo reserves the right to decline service if proper identification or documentation is not provided. These policies ensure the safety, legality, and wellbeing of all clients.
